CCI began its emergency relief service with hurricane Francis
serving Sprint/ Nextel in multiple sites in Panama City, Florida then with
hurricanes Ivan, Jean, Dennis, Katrina, Rita in Baton Rouge LA, New Orleans
LA, Gulf Port MS, and with hurricane Wilma in South Florida serving a total
of over 200,000 people or 600,000 meals

Our kitchen management staff have extensive catering experience cooking in adverse conditions in hurricane, fire, and flood relief programs.
Our state-of-the-art equipment gives us the capability to serve at local or remote locations for days, weeks or months, depending upon your needs. With our current capacity to provide between 5,000 and 15,000 people per day, we are the natural choice for your incident or emergency response needs.
